Micropower DDS

Anybody know of someone that makes a micropower direct digital synthesizer (<2 mW) that can do a linear chirp in frequency?

Failing that, is there any way to make a crude one yourself, like a 1 bit output fpga with a built in phase accumulator stepping frequency? Spurs would be poor, but it would chirp.

Re: Micropower DDS

AD9954 is a low DC power consumption.

Re: Micropower DDS

Hey, thanks. Yeah, 1.8 volts is good, but the current draw is horrendous. Takes 170 mW of DC power in chirp mode, and I can only stand something like 5 mW max.
