dual band pifa

I am looking for a good and simple PIFA design that can be constructed from FR4 if possible printed on the board and mounted above a large ground plane. I have a large ground plane available, for 868 MHz it looks like several wavelengts. The antenna should able to cover: 868 MHz, 900 MHz GSM and 1700 - 1800 MHz bands.

Thanks in advance.

PS: I looked on google already but did not find anything really meeting my needs. If possible no external matching networks needed with lunped components.

I think you should optimize the antenna by yourself since your requirements are very specific.

PS : optimizing antennas is a very fun job :D

Br,

Hi paul,

Printed Antenna design with dimension was already posted in above said topic

I've attached another pdf file(pifa) which is the alteration of fig 1 of that paper.

You have to add no of fringes for dual band coverage.

i chk ur papare but i dont get d gain of antenna...
