Check this.
You can use MAX232 or any other RS232 driver, so follow corresponding datasheet for connection.

i make this schematic but canot working with software flip ver242
my device is :AT89C51RC2 PLCC44
and i need read write this device
please giveme your testing and working pcb for one programmer
for program this device

May be you need Reset button and Voltage source to your controller (on your PCB) , too. Please, make sure that your don't forget it.
