Hi all
Just trying to get some ideas for something.
Basically i have an electronic pulse system (originally done to measure horses pulses over in Abu Dhabi), designed and fully functional, hardware, electronics and software etc.
Got me to thinking, a pulse is after all a voltage so looking to find other applications where it could be used, along the voltage measurement and monitoring lines.
Basically circuit board linked to I/O board then to computer via USB. Other end of the system has electrodes connected by cable to the circuit board. For horse side all rncased in handle that is held against horse but that bit obviously would not apply to something else. Iam not an electronics person, more the software side, hence the question
The software can be changed to do almost anything...at the moment, a lot of number crunching to get rid of false readings (horses jump around!) and calculates bpm, averaging over last x no of seconds.
Any ideas very welcome
Cheers
Roger
