looking for Noise figure lower than 0.6dB at 2.2-2.3GHz

Can anybody recommend a suitable transistor?Is ATF54143 ok?

ATF54143 is good transistor.
If you already have transistor then go for for it.

If you can , try NE3210S01 from CEL(cel.com)
It has good gain & very low nosie figure.
