Looking for narrow body SOP16 to DIP adapter

Does anyone know of a source for reasonably priced SOP16 / SOCI6 to DIP adapters that are LESS THAN 0.5 inch across ?

All I've found on Ebay/elsewhere are adapters that are 0.8 x 0.6 inches. To fit my application I need about 0.8 x 0.4 inches.
