Hi guys,
for my new project i need a microcontroller or dsp working at 1,8 V and very fast, at least 20 MIPS.

Do you have any suggestion?

Re: Microcontroller help

Hi!
Visit the site www.atmel.com and see their latest AVR controllers, i think you will find the solution.

Microcontroller help

YOu may use the Mega128 or mega103 with the ATMEL

Re: Microcontroller help

I think so that ATmega2560 works at 24 MIPS.

Re: Microcontroller help

You should use TMS320F28xx, core DSP = 1.8 V, 100 Mips, 32 bit . . . . but IO = 3.3 volt !

Define your requirements more fully are you will start to reduce the number of suitable devices.

What I/O, Comms, ROM, RAM, Counters, Timers, PWM... etc. etc.

What is your project? Must it be exactly 1v8? 20MIPS is good but not very fast.

Help us to help you ... Polymath
