Looking for materials on ADC for GHz range operation designs

Hi

I am designing an ADC for GHz range operation. I am done with the sampler part of the ADC. Now I need to start designing the converter part. I want to use flash adc's. Can someone guide me with the steps to be followed for this design. Also please recommend books that I can use for the same. I would really appreciate if someone gave me the link to some free ebooks needed for the design.

Razivi's Data Converter is also good

As i konw,High speed 8-bit adc may use pipeline architecture,such as ad9480

Added after 2 minutes:

HP's 8bits 4G ADC use 16 8bits 250M adc.
