Z: Zero flag It is se whenever the result of any arthmetic operation in sero
S: Sign flag It is se is shows i.e we have a negative number otherwise it is +no. 1-neg

yes you are right companies showing all examples based on there product, but if look in few web sites you will see how many common stuff in between for example with SDRAM you wan't see difference between Micron ISSI, Elpida..
