Looking for materials about EL inverter

I need an EL-inverter

inverter specifications.....
input = 12V DC
output = 80VAC ~100VAC
output frequency = 0,45kHz ~ 0,85kHz

is there any body that has document or circuit diagram to make this inverter myself..
or any data sheet or any application notes..

this circuit helps me much..
but want be able to change the frequency or output voltage while using it...
can you have any ideas about them..

You can change the frequency from the pot 25K (freq. adj written on it). A little bit voltage change occur by changing frequency but you have to change transfer turn ratio for the increase.
