i have to design a current s dac 1G at 130n tech does any one have agood material
 

current steering dac

You can find the basic concept and topology in a book of title "opamps and comparators" by gregoran (i am not remembering exactly)

You can also try "Understanding Data Converters" By Behzad Razavi. It contains a chapter about DAC design.
Also, you can try the following paper "A 10-bit 1-GSample/s Nyquist Current-Steering CMOS D/A Converter" IEEE JOURNAL OF SOLID-STATE CIRCUITS, VOL. 36, NO. 3, MARCH 2001.
