looking for level shifter chip

digikey told me the level shifter does not exist between 3.3v and 5v but ebay is selling such a module , can someone give me this chip name/number?

That looks like a "Phillips I2C" FET levelshifter based board.
I'd suggest to use BSS138 , hve a look @ Adafriut for the schematic , or the Philips I2C AppNote.

But TI (and other) makes some nice IC based ones

There are a lot of hits. Did you check them?

Why the need for guesswork? The schematic is clearly listed for downloading, I've attached it for convenience below, both as a PDF and posted image:



The components in question are clearly listed as BSS138 MOSFETs.

A TI TXB0104 is always a good choice and supports a wider range of voltage levels:
