Technical Application Engineer

Responsibilities:
• Technical service support to our customers in the Asia region
• Conduct training to customers on our products
Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in IT/Computer Science/Electronic Engineering
• Prefer semiconductor experience, especially in Wafer sort and prober operation
• Willing to travel to Asia Pacific Region
• Able to speak English and Mandarin.
• Good communications skills & analytical skill.

Job role:development of semiconductor/automation machine from concept to production
Requirements:
1)Deg/Dip in Mechanical/Mechatronics
2)3 yrs exp in design of semiconductor/automation equipment
3)exp in electrical,pneumatic,sensors components selection
4)Proficient in solidworks 3D software
5)Analytical,creative,independent,team player
6)able to travel overseas
