Hello, everybody

I am looking for IXFH1388B-3 datasheet and, perhaps, app. notes. I have tried searching the web but could not find anything, except that this is a transistor.

That resembles an IXYS part number, but not quite. Try searching for IXFH13 and you'll see what I mean:

I'm also looking at a 1995/1996 IXYS book, but no luck. Could it be even older than that?

You are absolutely right. These transistors(?) are made by IXYS. Before posting my request, I have searched their web site with no luck.
