I am looking for ITRON RTOS documentation.

ANyone here have experience with ITRON RTOS can help me?
 

is itron rtos open source?

If you are using this RTOS, why don't you ask the vendor to supply these documentation?

I've used a rtos from US software years ago. Their product claims to be uITron complaint. Attached is the link to the spec. It is open and free.
