Looking for isolation magnify chip(analog signal)

analog isolation chip

I have DC 0V~5V.Now,I want to output the same analog voltage signal after isolation magnify chip.
Which chips may I choose?
Require: the voltage's linearity is very good,or it may be adjustive.

You can use the HP7800 isolation amplifier.
Its very good and cheap, i used it in some instrumentation.
The input and output are differential with a range of 150mV.

I hope it helps.

Analog Devices

Analog Devices makes several types of modules for this that are very op amp like which makes it easy to select external component values.
