infrared spectroscopy

i'm looking for infrared spectroscopy sensor in small size format highly sensible to even minimal changes...
i had a look at hamamatsu web site and i'm wondering if there are others ...

The choice of the appropriate detector strongly depends on the
necessary IR wavelength range.
