What's celtic tool

Does anyone know this tools "Celtic " ? This is belong cadence .. Does anyone
have this information or doc , Thanks

Celtic, Pacific product of CadMOS, later acquired by CADENCE. Celtic is a static noise and crosstalk analysis tool, see more on www.cadence.com :)

Celtic is a part of Cadence Tools "SOC Encounter".

Becasue we will find some tools for back-end process

it's not a p&r tool, it's just a physical verification tool. you import your design into celtic, and it will inform you whether your design is crosstalk or not.

Hi, Mitchell:

You might not want to use it, if your project process is not better than .25u and frequency is not faster than 120MHz. A rough wire load estimation can save your time and resources..
