I'm looking for information on any opensource implementation / library that implements SPICE.

If you mean Spice component models library then probably Intusoft's collection is useful: http://www.intusoft.com/ and within this page: http://www.intusoft.com/models.htm

Have a look at their Links collection too.

Actually
What i need is a way to implement SPICE or PSPICE or gEDA ngSPICE in a customized smulator. I need to do this in a project so im looking for libraries first to avoid reinventing the wheel
