AC analysis of Bandgap

I need information about the AC analysis of Bandgap voltage reference sources. PSRR, output resistance, estability, compensation, .....

Please upload either papers or books,
or send me some links.

thanks

Re: AC analysis of Bandgap

For psrr simulation, i think can do like this
vdd vdd 0 dc 3.3 ac 1
.ac dec 10 1 100meg .

Re: AC analysis of Bandgap

YOU can find some basic experiences
in the allen's book chapter 6
cmos analog circuit design

Re: AC analysis of Bandgap

this paper will help you

* "A Detailed Analysis of Power-Supply Noise Attenuation in Bandgap Voltage
References"

Re: AC analysis of Bandgap

Can anybody help with the AC analysis(PSR) of this bandgap reference circuit?

I would want to do the analysis with this bandgap reference circuit that is shown in the
pdf uploaded by jc2

Re: AC analysis of Bandgap

I am not very sure: inject AC from N1 see N4,and inject AC from N2 see N3.
you can compare the two AC response, positive < negetive is right.

Re: AC analysis of Bandgap

I'll give it a shot : PSR = vout = vdd*R3/(Ro_M3+R3) where Ro_M3 is the output impedance of the PMOS M3.

Re: AC analysis of Bandgap

R2A1, R2A2, R2B1, R2B2, R1, OPAMP Rout, OPAMP gain, OPAMP psr, roq1, roq2 have effects on the bandgap-reference psr too.
