Looking for info on building an UltraSonic Bath

I have to dewater a watered flash based mp3 player in an Ultrasonic bath.
So, I am intrested into building an Ultrasonic bath for myself , hopefully I may be able to use it for cleaning my PCBs from Oil and flex also.
Does anybody has a reference to such a DIY project on the net ? Ufortunately, searching on Google leads to commercial site.
