anyone can help me for find some informetion about z-parameter ,and thanks.

If you have Eagleware (Genesys), this simulation have syntesis to make
Active filters...

there also filter solution of neuhertz , and filter wiz pro they are good in active filter design

Please find the S-parameter document link below in this doc u will find the relation of S-parameter and z-parameter.
