Does anyone have verilog -A ebook ? Or any example or good website can reference it ? Thanks

Verilog A is not Verilog AMS, or am I mistaken ? Spectre and Hspice support Verilog A, *not* Verilog AMS.

Yse. You are right. Hspice has only Verilog-a compiler to model analog circuits.
for mixed language modeling muse be used other software such as SMASH
