Looking for free download cables for debugging ARM9 processor

I will be using an ARM9 processor by Atmel, the AT91RM9200. I was wondering if anyone knew of cheap or free (as in schematics) download cables, and possible debugging functionality? Some of the tools are just too expensive for ARM...
