I need good ebook in mathematics dealing in following topics with lot of numerical examples to solve.

1) co-ordinate geometry 2d lines,circles,parabola,hyberbola
2) vector Algebra
3) Matrix and Determinants
4) Binomial theorem
5) sequence and series
