Is anyone who know any link that can download magic program.I try a lot of links but i can not install and use magic or other programm for layout design.

Out of the above, I would suggest Electric VLSI. It comes with exhaustive documentation and many features. Magic VLSI has also comparable features but its more often used in the academia. Just try all of them and pick one that you are most comfortable with.
LASI looks very out-dated but it was released with the popular book "CMOS Circuit Design, Layout and Simulation by Baker,Li,Boyce"
