Looking for design of control system for servo motor

i need a control system for a servo motor
i need this servo:
1-first= high speed = 1200 rpm
2-second =stop and 2 cm back
3-third=2 cm forward
and again start with 1200rmp
and work with micro

i need any information or circuit or program for this design

am looking for PWM generation code using a 89S52 to control a RC Servo..

you can use the pwm coding to change into the servo pulse.
