is there ny company which distributes Tx Rx RF Ics as samples for educational purpose..

Sample Tx Rx Ics

What tutorial you want, you don't need any. Just place a mic on the tx input and a suitable antenna. Also a small speaker and you got RF tx and RX.

You can use this chips in any data transmission system, remote control, Alarm systems,... etc.

do you know if there is any module with a DIP package insetead of an SMD ?

why do u need a speaker?

You can sample some RfPICs from Microchip. This would provide a integrated approach only needing an antenna.

yup we had maxim distributing free ic samples. we had done the same.
