Liquid fuel flow sensor

Hi there,
I need to develop a device that can measure flow of fuel (diesel, MB95 and similar liquid fuels) through a small pipe with diameter of about 2cm.
I found on internet few manufacturers of these sensors, but the price goes from 140 GBP and upper! Can anyone help me to find cheaper solution/sensor?

Re: Liquid fuel flow sensor

You can find a low cost flow sensor by Farnell Catalog. About 40 GBP

Re: Liquid fuel flow sensor

Thanks a lot, but i have allready saw this sensor. By my opinion 40GBP is still high price.
I need something cheaper!

Re: Liquid fuel flow sensor

I dont think you will get such sensor for a low cost price. It must be reliable
in explosive area and so be compliant with specific rules.

Re: Liquid fuel flow sensor

tell me the flux of liquid fuel, and precision of flowmeter.
or you can look up the address:
