I have to learn LTCC now, but I don't know about it! Are there some books or paper about it? Thanks!!!

Try contacting Kyocera and see if they can help you with some of their marketing information. That is a place to start.

i am also working on LTCC you can check this webpage it has huge information on LTCC whole process and lot more

Also there is a book on LTCC which describe well the process and manufacturing of ceramic substrate.
