Well it is related with your chip.Many mainboard manufacturers use winbond chips.This programmer is able to program most popular chips.It is an universal programmer.Download its software and look at it what it can program.Rgrds.
If you want to reprogramm bios in your motherboard you may use other motherboard as a programmer. Just power other mainboard, and take out chip (with power supply switched on). Then put on your chip (still with power supply switched on, the chip maybe erased). Now run software to programm your bios. After all, take your programmed bios and put onto your motherboard. There is one limit: in both motherboards should be flashes with the same size.
