I'm completly novice in rf field -- please provide novice-level resources/book-links
for radar.
specially I want to find out: what power in watts must be released by the radar
to ensure detection of standard passenger aircraft at a distance of 100km.
(the nominal class of aircraft has an effective radar relection of cross-section of 75 square meters)
