Start reading the following books:
-Fundamentals of Microelectronics by Behzad Razavi
-Design of Analog CMOS Integrated Circuits by Behzad Razavi
FOm more advacned topics you should start reading dedicated books such as

-Design of Integrated Circuits for Optical Communications by Behzad Razavi

-RF Microelectronics by Behzad Razavi

-Phase-Locking in High-Performance Systems: From Devices to Architectures by Behzad Razavi

The author explains all topics in very simple way and therefore I do believe it could be worth to read his books

Do a google search on electronic tutorials. You will find quite a few places to start that way.

There is some book about circuits ,and you can arrange them on breadboard.
I think they are interesting in first step.
