I need application note on this ICs:
MC13135 -----> FM RX system(Ant to voice in VHF band)
MC2833 -----> FM TX system(voice to Ant in VHF band)

Please reply the links.

Is there similar ICs for Tx/Rx of voice signal in VHF band(<=200MHZ) ?

Don't know what have you done, but you should get two different files from those links. Anyway, for MC2833 try this one as well (much better):

Is there any newer FM voice chips in VHF band?

I hope you saw basic application note inside pdf files. Regarding production and new products of similar kind, check www.freescale.com (former Motorola Semiconductors). That's all I can help you. Hope you can find more stuff using Google, as usual.
