That is a very wide question...Do u mean which software to use?? I prefer Autocad, even though it is a pure cad program. I use ADS for simulations but i found the layout part of it very poor... There a various things to consider regarding the layout, among them the distance between the lines, but is it thinfilm implementaiton we are talking about? If it includes very small parts, like for example some transistor u have to think of the paddings for bonding and so on. Do u have a more specific design in mind??
