Use LTspice .. download it from Linear Tech's website
.. Nice and free tool to start with for circuit level simulations ..

go to www.snips.com and search for timing you will get a very good paper.

Why dont u try a same kind of popular package from NI - National Instruments

I have attached the details here just go through this and u can load the demo version from the website.
