I need an adder circuit for an RF circuit for adding two voltages. pls hlp me.

could you elaborate your requirement. Are you working on a 50 ohm system. Which frequency ??
I think a power combiner is what you are looking for.

No, i need adder for Vtune of a VCO.

If you expect a usable answer you should really try to give some more information resp. requirements. Which range of voltages ? Which waveform ? Any gain desired ?

The simplest solution is a summing opamp circuitry.
