Looking for a USB eprom programmer for Winbond W27C512-45Z and Atmel AT89C55WD

I am looking for an inexpensive eprom programmer with a usb interface which supports the following chips: Winbond W27C512-45Z and Atmel AT89C55WD

Phyton.com sells a prog40 for around 395.00

Is the W27C512-45Z a Dip package or the PLCC?
If PLCC you will need an adapter as well which they sell.

It handles over 26,000 devices. And it does both devices you are talking about.

Perhaps more than your looking to spend but I have over 7 programmers I bought and combined cost is more and put them all together they wont do even 1/10th of the devices of this product.

Is there major difference in specificatins between 89C55WD and 89C55, since there are more programmers which support 89C55.
