Looking for a substitute for CY7C64613

I want to build ICD2 USB version. But usb controller CY7C64613 is out of stock from cypress. Who have idea for change CY7C64613 to other usb controller

This circuit use FTDI chip as virtual comport not real usb. Speed is slow.
