want a N-CH MOSFET???

Hi
i want a N-ch MOSFET with foll. specs-
IDss <<0.5uA @ Vd=3V. IM looking for SOT23, 3 lead package or smaller one.
can anyone suggest me

are u shure that idss smaller the 500 nanoamper ????????

Hi check:

Used in Mobile Phones a lot of times to switch DC power on/off
Si2315DS P-CH SOT23
Si2308DS N-CH SOT23

Can directly be controlled from CPU I/O or CMOS/TTL.

Check attached pdf files.
