Looking for a PLL code in Matlab

can anyone please post code for PLL in matlab
i need it urgently. have searched on google and have found few but they are so complex and without any explanation
please if u post here, do attach explanations along

also suggest changes to it if i use it for DQPSK

Hi,

For any modulation you need to make sure that there is no modulation during the PLL integration times. So you need to either start the integration at the data boundaries.
