Looking for a PCMCIA TYP III ATA usb adapter

Looking for a PCMCIA TYP III ATA usb adapter to make a backup of my Calluna Tech Type III Card Hard Disk Drive (512MB ) from a Lecroy LC scope , tried to find but only located type I and type II , any clue where I can buy that?

PC card type III is a form factor, not a different card interface. Expect that type II adapter will work as well.
