hi,


I'm looking for MP3 module ( DSP used in mp3 players) with those standard features : MP3 decoder, system controller for loading MP3 files from a USB flash drive, dictaphone and 1 or 2 GB memory.


and a with a low price cause I would like to buy it in large quantity.


I'll be thankful for everyone who will give me a reference of such mp3 module.

what is the price of the DSP that you use ? (I think it's over featured for my application)

what do you think of the DSP and other IC used in s1 mp3 palyers (like the ATJ2085) ?

Thank you for this link, i took a look there and i think it's a good and economic project also, but may be a USB port and a Flash memory (Samsung or Hynix as in my link) would be better particularly for PC's without SD card port.

on the other, The ATJ2085 which is an audio "system on chip" (Inside, there is a Z80 processor) offers many features like Audio decoding, DSP, recording, interaces with Flash memory, headphone, microphone,....those features are found in separate IC (18LF452 and VS1001 (mp3 encoder/decoder) )in the project in your link above.






it's a powerful IC, what do you think ?


do you have you an idea about its price ?
