... proposes the following (and not more!):
- ultra-low power consumption (when possible 100nA as stand-by current)
- 1 output/highZ pin
- 4 input/output/HighZ pins
- ultra-low cost and not more than 10 pins in total.

I would further like to evaluate the possibility to implement with this micro-controller a basic cryptography scheme.

Any proposition?

I suggest you for TI MSP-430. It is very low power and low cost.

Hi, PIC12F629 is having a sleep current of 1 nA !!!!. Is also low cost and we are using it with an AES128 crypto implementation and some other things. (IR/RF transmission software, CRC FEC etc..

1K memory
128 Bytes EEPROM
64 Bytes RAM
