i want a complete library for protel se99 ,both pcb and schematic...........please give me a guidance.......thanks a lot

Protel99SE library is useless, you'd better establish you own library.

All of the available Protel99SE libraries are freely available on the Altium web site at: https://www.altium.com/forms/libraries/p99se/library_list.asp .

Protel99SE is an old, outdated, version of Altium software. No new libraries have been released since the product was superceded by DXP and Altium Designer.
