Hey,
i need RAM library files for my design.. Is there any site , where i can get it..?

Is there library file for 64 bytes RAM..?..

you need to get those from the foundry site after registration! some libs are available for free but doubt the support for those...

Can u pl tell the web sites, where v want to register and get it...???
 

memory lib...

U can use any memory compiler tool generate the model
