SOC MCU For HandHeld

i seek Soc with this option :

LowPower
LOwcost
FULL SOC


for handheld system what MCU for tis job is better ?
 

look at texas instrument MSC1210

https://www.ti.com
then search for MSC1210

2 to 32 Ko eeprom program
2k ram
24bits ADC
DAC
and very low power

or also you have ADUC8xx from https://www.analog.com
almost same capacity as texas chips above but with more memory

all these are in small qfp packages.

one big problem no flash no full SOC !

TI offers OMAP processor which integrates a TMS320C55x™ DSP core with an ARM925 on a Single Chip
 

The OMAP 5910 is the only one likely to be available to the small player.
