Lookinf for Altera script morphio.tcl

Hi !

I've found that it's possible to reconfigure IO in user mode on Altera Cyclones,
it's described in this White Paper : "MorphIO An IO Reconfiguration Solution for Altera Design" (May 2003)
MorphIO is a TCL file,
but I can't find it...
Maybe there is here an ancient dinosaur who used it few years ago and keep it with a little bit of chance ?
