Logical lib_cell does not have power/ground pin definition

I have a problem with IC compiler. This warning seems to be an unavoidable warning.

After routing, when I ran following command in IC compiler

check_mv_design -power_net -verbose

I get the following warnings.

Warning: Logical lib_cell ND2CGD (linked to cell U6) does not have power/ground pin definition. (MV-512)
Warning: Logical lib_cell AO22CGD (linked to cell U5) does not have power/ground pin definition. (MV-512)
Warning: Logical lib_cell OA12CGD (linked to cell U4) does not have power/ground pin definition. (MV-512)
Warning: Total 3 logical library cell(s) used in the design do not have power/ground pins. (MV-597)

Did any one come across this? If yes, can you please tell me how to get rid of this?
