Pls advise logic IC (e.g. NAND, NOT, OR, etc), with it's label starts with 'HD', is frm which company? Thanks.
 

Most likely it's a Hitachi part.
HD are digital devices
HA are analog ones.
 

definitely Hitachi

an example is the HD44780 which is found in 16x2 LCDs
